Still on the Wall?

The crew takes TVs down from standard mounts, and the bracket too if you want it gone. Filling the screw holes is on you.

Mention the mount when you book so a drill comes along.

Pennsylvania’s TV Recycling Law, Briefly

Pennsylvania’s Covered Device Recycling Act dates to 2010, and the ban on putting covered devices in landfills took effect on January 24, 2013.

What It Covers

Televisions, computers and the peripherals that go with them — monitors, keyboards and the like.

At the Curb

The City of Pittsburgh says the law banned these devices from being placed curbside, so its trash crews leave them behind.

The Drop-Off Route

The City points residents to its e-cycling partners for drop-offs and events, where fees usually apply by item or by weight.

The Pickup Route

We collect from inside the house and deliver to a recycler, which is simplest for a heavy console TV or a whole home office.
